Measuring is key! Compliance gaps are assigned a Size-Of-Prize (SOP) value. This forecasts the value of lost sales the store may suffer if the highlighted issue remains unresolved. The Size-Of-Prize can be used to prioritize store visits through Dynamic Routing or by empowering the sales rep to optimize their day based on the potential to drive value in each of the stores in their territory.
